The program has several mandatory presentations along with a selection of optional topics to better customize training to the intended audience. ### Course Overview #### Safety Training Services, Inc. presents this comprehensive training program intended to provide instruction on a variety of mandatory and optional topics in General Industry Safety and Health to entry level participants. This 10-Hour program is presented with a mixture of classroom instruction and hands-on exercises. Team development skills are emphasized in all aspects of this course. After attending the 10-Hour course, students will have covered: - Introduction to OSHA (mandatory)  - Walking/Working Surfaces (mandatory)  - Exit Routes, Emergency Action Plans, Fire Prevention and Protection Plans (mandatory)  - Electrical Hazards (mandatory)  - Personal Protective Equipment (mandatory)  - Hazard Communication (mandatory)  In addition to the mandatory subjects, 2 elective subjects and 2 optional subjects will be covered.
